For complete authenticity, you need a splatter-painted step ladder and a slightly sullen, bitchy attitude. At least if you want to emulate the Mira Costa High School varsity cheer squad of 1995.

Grayson is flattered that you believe in his team, and wants you to know that he’ll do his very best to reward your faith and bring the pennant home this weekend. (And if you don’t know who Grayson is, or what sport he’s playing, don’t worry. I’m keeping your secret and just letting him believe you’re cheering for him anyway. And it’s very nice of you, too.)

shari: well, i do know who grayson is, but i have no idea what sport. baseball maybe? isn’t it baseball season? whatever it is, i’m rooting for him to win!
